Muslim Rage

Fist clenches, angered faces and so many muslim men give me the idea that something seriously offended them. When I first seen the News week picture of the "Muslim Rage," I just saw angered Muslim's. When we finally discussed it in class, about the religious videos and the huge dispute it put the picture in a little better prospective. Like any other men of the world, they had the right to be angry. Someone offended their religion and lifestyle. Anyone who has a religion or strongly believes in something would be offended if someone made fun of it. But, just from the picture itself it doesn't look as if the men are trying to hurt anyone. They don't have any weapons, just closed fist and what I can gather some angry words. This "Muslim Rage," was heard around the world. It even became a trending hashtag on twitter. Some of these tweets are angry, some are funny, and a few are even honest. An example of a funny muslim rage hashtag is, "The cure for #muslimrage... killing pigs... on angry birds." This is an example of someone making humor of the huge scandal. "Muhammed was stoned until his own shoes filled with blood. Instead of cursing the criminals he prayed for their guidance #muslimrage." This muslim rage tweet would be an example of honesty. This person was standing up for what they believe in. Just like Christianity, islamic, catholic, or any other religion these people are standing up for what they believe is right. I think the "Muslin Rage" photograph did a great job at conveying the emotions of the Muslims.
