           The Senate Bill 13-012 suggests that all outside school coaches and trainers should become mandatory child abuse reporters. The Colorado state senate supports this idea by making this a law. They make the mandatory reporting of child abuse a law in order to protect children and make peace in the community. This bill is to be reached out to all Colorado residents.
